Show home arena design & build

This is a show home arena design and build we carried out for Taylor Wimpey, Yorkshire. This site is a flag ship site so it had to stand out from the other competing sites in the area. We Worked on the design and planning right through to the build and we currently maintain the area.

We also were awarded the contract for all 299 plots on this site, the green spaces as well as the maintenance throughout the duration of the site.We designed an effective scheme for the sales arena and entrance into the ite which consisted of:

• Over 4,500 m2 turf
• Porcelain paving
• Indian stone paving
• 1,000+ Ornamental shrubs, trees and topiary
• Pizza Oven
• Pergola structures
• Semi mature and standard trees
• Composite decking
