Show home arena design & build

This is a show home arena we designed and built for Taylor Wimpey in Sheffield,  South Yorkshire. A site which would run for 4-5 years with a large show home arena consisting of 5 homes.

The client brief was contemporary, sharp and modern to fit the house type. We put together a design scheme to match the budget and brief and worked closely with the clients sales team and site managers to make sure the project would run to plan on time and to budget. The scheme included:

• Design and planning
• Over 1,200 m2 of T.G.A approved turf
• Over 700 ornamental shubs
• Semi mature tree planting
•  Composite decking and seating area
• Over 100 ornamental Buxus Sempiverins topiary balls and cones
• Pleached trees
