Communal Green Open Space

We created this open area as part of a package project we had won in Halifax to create two open areas for the local community to relax and enjoy. Working to strict drawings and specifications we carried out the scheme to a high standard and is currently maturing year on year.

The main focus was to have multiple seating areas to enjoy for family and friends as well as attract wildlife to the area.

We installed a winding resin path to a central sitting zone. Through the middle ran a trickling  water feature which spanned the full length filled with specialist cobbles and gravels which would fill up naturally with rain water. We included aquatic plants to grow along with trees and other herbaceous and native shrub borders for instant impact. Large mature trees were planted along with seasonal bulbs to create interest from season to season.
